应倩,美国律师事务所合伙人,华盛顿大学和上海交通大学法学硕士。曾任职于上海电气集团、中国航天机电控股(香港)、美国塔科马医院集团、Fred Hutchinson 癌症研究所。她负责过十几个海外 EPC 项目,在能源建筑、海外投资和跨境并购方面有丰富经验。她和她的法律团队参与的 EPC 项目主要分布于亚洲、欧洲、非洲。其中包括火力发电厂、太阳能发电站、飞机引擎制造工厂、化妆品原料工厂以及轮胎制造工厂。
Sophie started her legal career in 2010. She is a China and US licensed lawyer with deep experience serving as in-house counsel to a major enterprise. She has provided extensive advice and counsel on M&A, cross-border EPC/Turnkey projects (in Asia, Africa, Europe and Middle-East), FDA compliance, and HIPAA compliance.     KENNETH SHEPPARD       Attorney at law/Arbitrator
A native of Seattle, Ken began his legal career as corporate counsel to the Arabian American Oil Company, first in Houston and then in Saudi Arabia. On returning to the US, he entered private practice in 1978, continuing his construction related activities and using his commercial background to develop an active practice in business contracts, transactions and litigation. Ken's practice stresses representing small to medium sized business in all of their legal needs, including corporate structuring and contracting, administrative and regulatory issues, and defense or prosecution of litigation.
Ken is the author of Construction Liens, published by the King County Bar Association. He has presented seminar topics on International Joint Ventures for the Seattle-King County Bar Association, and on International Arbitration for the Northwest Litigation Conference in Vancouver, B.C. He has also developed a specialty in administrative laws relating to aquatic lands and the shellfish industry. Ken has Martindale-Hubbell's highest individual rating - "AV".
Ken is an accomplished litigator with an ability to quickly understand and distill complex and technical issues for presentation to the court or jury, and also have extensive arbitration experience. Please see his experience and qualifications following:

She worked for Microsoft and Rolls before. Her arbitration experience is with Rolls Royce Fan Blade Manufacturing project in Singapore, which is Rolls Royce first oversea Fan Blade Manufacturing Plant Project, is the 8-month of multi-million dollars of arbitration case disputing the amount deducted for the outstanding contractual works and rectification of defective works produced by an international vendor (listed in Singapore Stock Exchange). After 3 rounds of arbitration, both parties agreed to settle the case through commercial settlement.
Dr. Tian has wide experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the US and foreign countries, managing worldwide patent portfolios, and performing due diligence analysis on patents. In addition, he provides counsel on issues worldwide in IP transactions, drafts and negotiates IP license agreements for the use and transfer of patents and other IP rights, and conducts IP due diligence for alliances and financings. Prior to becoming an attorney, Dr. Tian was an academic research scientist, having received his Ph.D. from the Department of Biology at the University of Texas at Austin, where he studied the repair of neuronal lesions using imaging and transgenic technologies.
Stephen is an US attorney with a MBA degree and is fluent in Chinese. He has a great passion for commercial real estate and has successfully completed many transactions this year. Before he become a lawyer, he was a research fellow at University of Washington.
